I recently purchased a D700 (waiting for shipment) and was very curious to see how well my 10-24 would work with it. I haven't done any definitive tests or anything, but so far I haven't noticed any vignetting when shooting at 10mm. The only downside to filters that thin is that it's difficult to get them off the lens since there's barely any rim to grip. It’s a Sigma DG Wide Circ PL 77mm.
